CHINBAT Namjil was born in 1956 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
Education:
1974 – Secondary school №24 of Ulaanbaatar;
1979 – Lawyer, Master of Laws, Law school, National University of Mongolia;
Professional Experience:
1979-1990 Lecturer, Deputy Head of Law Department, National University of Mongolia;
1990-1993 Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court, Chairman of the Civil collegiums;
1993-1996 Legal Advisor to the Chairman of the Parliament;
1996-2016 Chairman of the Authority for Intellectual property, Government Agency
2016-2017 Advisor to the Minister of Justice and internal affairs
Professional experience as a Member of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia:
Nomination by the Parliament of Mongolia:
-Was appointed as a member of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia by the resolution 47 of 23 April, 1998, was relieved on 28 September, 2004 as the term of office expired.
Nomination by the Supreme Court:
-Was appointed again as a member of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia by the resolution 45 of 9 June, 2017. Current Member of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia.
