The Constitutional Court of Mongolia assumed the Presidency mission of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions in 2021-2023 from the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan on August 27, 2021. The events of the Association were held online on August 26-27, 2021 in Nur-Sultan, Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Constitutional Court of Mongolia confirmed the previous decision to chair the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions in 2021-2023 during its Board of Members Meeting. In this regard, the flag of the Presidency of the Association was received by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Luvsan Battulga on behalf of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia and will be conveyed to the Constitutional Court through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia.
